theBrokerList.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). This policy explains how to submit a takedown notice and how to submit a counter-notification.
1. Designated Copyright Agent
All copyright notices and counter-notifications must be sent to our Designated Agent:

2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please email a notice that includes all of the following (incomplete notices may not be processed):
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list).
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and sufficient information to locate it (URL required).
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Our Response Process
Upon receiving a valid notice, we may:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content submitter
- Request additional information if needed
- Take additional steps as required by law

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled (and the URL where it appeared before removal).
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate U.S. judicial district) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Restoration of Material
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complaining party. Unless the complaining party informs us that they have filed an action seeking a court order, we may restore the material within a reasonable period as permitted by law.
6. Repeat Infringers
