Background & Experience

Timothy J. Erickson joined Sun Commercial Real Estate in 2016 as an Associate and partnered with Lisa Hauger and Tim Behrendt. In 2017 Timothy was promoted to Senior Associate and then to Vice President in 2020. Prior to joining Sun Commercial, Timothy was with Marcus & Millichap where he learned the foundations of commercial real estate investments.

Mr. Erickson prides himself in his attention to detail and relentless drive to achieve results for his clients. Timothy has had great success in the Commercial Real Estate business from the beginning due to his focus on building long term relationships and trust with his clients. He is also able to provide in depth analysis on properties with his Mathematics background.
