Advised about to $10 Billion institutional and private real estate transactions for some of the largest banks and investment funds in the country - Bank of America, Citibank, Wells Fargo, BlackRock, TIAA-CREF, Jones Lang LaSalle etc. Primary focus on multifamily and healthcare related real estate investments – medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers (ASC), dialysis clinics and senior housing. Works closely with healthcare networks, hospitals, medical groups, private doctors and dentists to acquire, lease or develop medical space. Represents investment funds and private landlords in the sale of properties to ensure that they receive the highest return on their investments. Developed an extensive nationwide network of institutional and private investor base. Provided investment analysis, valuation and buy/sell recommendations for hundreds of transactions ranging from $1 M to $250 M for all major property types - retail, industrial, multifamily, office and land developments in various stages of entitlement. In-depth Argus and Excel modeling experience to determine H&B use for repositioning, or speculative / build-to-suit developments. High degree of technical and communication skills in CRE investment, development, underwriting and valuation.
