Background & ExperienceLisa Hauger joined Sun Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in 2014 with emphasis on Investment Sales and Leasing. She was a top producer in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
Lisa has been in the Commercial Real Estate arena in excess of twenty years. Her career in Commercial Real Estate began with R & B Properties out of Los Angeles, CA where she worked in management and leasing on commercial projects in Oregon, Washington, Texas and California. She became Vice President of Marketing for a syndicated real estate company based in Northern California. Her portfolio was comprised of office and retail properties throughout Southern California and Arizona. She also worked for Manchester Development, the development arm for a National Title Comapny. Her responsibilities included lease negotiations and construction contracts for the branch offices throughout the western United States.
Lisa moved to Nevada in 1990 at the request of a California Developer to oversee their Retail and Industrial portfolio as well as a 60,000 square foot retail center under construction in Summerlin. Lisa joined the MDL Group in 2000 and was their top producer in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2012.
At Sun Commercial Real Estate Lisa continues her long standing career with an emphasis on Investment Sales, as well as Tenant Representation and the Leasing of Office, Retail, and Industrial properties throughout the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. Her background in property management, development and construction are a great value to her owners, investors and clients alike. Her solution-orientated team approach assists her clients in achieving their short and long term goals and potential.
