Eric’s career began in engineering and energy efficiency, giving him a deep understanding of how buildings operate from the inside out and how to reduce operating costs for owners and tenants. Before launching ACTIV8, he spent more than 16 years as a commercial and leasing manager with a regional firm, where he managed, developed, leased, and sold large mixed-use and retail assets across the Northwest.
