While most real estate brokers are trained in the business, Brennan was surrounded by it from day one. The family business of commercial real estate brokerage and real estate development got Brennan on the right track, but it was his own talent and service to his clients that made him a trusted name in the Winnipeg market.

After graduating from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the Asper School of Business, and winning the Manitoba Wes Nicol Entrepreneurial Award, Brennan began his esteemed commercial real estate career in 2010. As a partner at ICI Properties, Brennan has earned several national tenant representation mandates in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario.

He's been actively involved in office, retail and industrial sales & leasing as well as investment sales. Brennan has also played an active role in the development process for various mixed-use developments. Currently, Brennan is working towards his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

To date, Brennan’s sales and leasing record speaks for itself:
1.5 Million SF in Retail Leasing
2.9 Million SF in Total Leases
Over $100 Million in Sales

At the end of the day, what motivates Brennan is helping like-minded entrepreneurs and business owners succeed. In University, he deepened this passion by double majoring in Marketing & Entrepreneurship, which in turn helped him relate to and respect the lifestyles of his clients. He understands what they’re going through, where they want to go, and most importantly – how to get ahead.
