I am experienced in leasing/selling office, retail, research development and industrial commercial space. I assist buyers and tenants in locating properties in Ann Arbor, Dexter, Chelsea, Brighton, Ypsilanti, Howell and Whitmore Lake. Utilizing Swisher Commercial’s thorough market coverage, including several database systems and personal business connections, I provide your real estate listing with the visibility it needs to be a prominent and valuable opportunity. Jeff is a 2006 graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Mass Communication and a Minor in Tourism Management. Following graduation, he was employed as a Business Communications Consultant for a national telecommunications provider, supervising current and prospective clients in the Phoenix market. He joined Swisher Commercial in 2008, receiving his State of Michigan Salesperson license to better execute his Operational duties with the firm. Jeff has also received his Associate Broker’s license. Outside of Jeff’s higher education, he has spent over 25 years in Washtenaw County and has strong ties to the community. Both he and his wife Patricia, a Pediatric Oncology nurse at Motts Hospital, are active in the community. He volunteers for the “From the Heart” foundation, which works in conjunction with the University of Michigan Athletics Department to enrich the lives of children with life-threatening diseases at U of M Hospital. Jeff and his wife live in Dexter with their young sons, Tyler and Hunter. A lot of Jeff’s time is devoted to spending time with his boys doing whatever they are into at the time. Jeff’s family really enjoys traveling together when possible. In his spare time Jeff enjoys attending collegiate and professional sporting events. He also enjoys coaching little league baseball, playing pick-up basketball, snowboarding, golf, working out and boating. Jeff’s family likes attending 242 Church in Ann Arbor. They volunteer their time to the Church and other onsite events like the “Night to Shine” through the Tim Tebow Foundation.
