Comments: We have been working this deal since February of 2023. Dr. Pote is a beloved member of the community and has been the Veterinary Specialist for many in this area, including the equine communities in the Willowdale/Unionville areas. He is retiring. Brian Campbell spoke with the East Marlborough Township representatives which own the adjacent property. We negotiated the sale after a few changes to the agreement and it was settled on 07/27/2023.
