Lucy Houp serves as the Assistant Vice President of Property Marketing at NAI Isaac, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing all property marketing activities for the firm's listings. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on meeting client objectives, Lucy collaborates closely with agents to develop customized marketing pieces that effectively showcase retail, office, industrial, and land properties.

In her capacity, Lucy specializes in creating a range of promotional materials, including brochures, proposals, tenant/owner representation packages, and newsletters. Her responsibilities extend to the creation and maintenance of print advertisements for local and regional newspapers, as well as trade publications. Lucy also takes charge of internet marketing efforts, managing platforms such as, Loopnet/Costar, CREXi and KCREA, and orchestrating property email campaigns.

Houp's expertise goes beyond traditional marketing. She actively contributes to the daily activities of agents by developing floor plans, centralized site maps, competition maps, demographic comparisons, economic profiles, and lease exhibits. Her multifaceted approach ensures that agents have the necessary tools to excel in their roles.

Before joining the Marketing Department in 2005, Lucy served as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President and Executive Vice President. In this role, she managed a variety of tasks, including tenant lease preparation, word processing, spreadsheet management, appointment facilitation, property showings, and more.

Houp's comprehensive skill set, coupled with her commitment to excellence, positions her as a key contributor to NAI Isaac's success in the competitive real estate market. Her role as Assistant Vice President of Property Marketing is integral to the firm's ability to effectively market and showcase properties for optimal results.

Houp is not only a seasoned marketing professional but also a licensed real estate agent through the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends is evident in her memberships and associations. Lucy is an active member of NAI Global’s Marketing, Technology, and Leadership Congress Admin Councils. She has earned her e-PRO® certification, showcasing her proficiency in advanced digital marketing techniques.
