Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Sneha began working in hospitality in at a young age. She attended Vanderbilt University and Belmont University, graduating with a business degree in Finance and Accounting. After graduation, Sneha worked with two of the Big 4 Accounting Firms, KPMG and EY. She spent her time traveling throughout the US, auditing publicly traded companies and REITs. With a knack for numbers, her analytical skill set allows her to help clients valuate their properties and asses potential real estate investment deals. Sneha later joined her family business in 2008, managing hotels for over 10 years. She has extensive ownership, management, and operational experience with multiple brands including Best Western, Choice, IHG, and Wyndham. As a hotelier, Sneha understands the importance of utilizing resources to provide acquisition, disposition and financing solutions to real estate investors, especially in the multi-faceted hospitality industry. Her passion for Real Estate allows her to combine both her financial and hospitality experience to help investors achieve their investment goals.
