Ryan Hartsell joined Oxford Partners in January of 2009. His primary focus is on the cultivation of new business and project management. In addition to providing Oxford Partners' clients with full service tenant representation, Ryan's responsibilities include the development of the firm's productivity and growth. With his background in commercial real estate finance, he delivers fast and focused value to his clients through financial analysis, negotiation and market research. Prior to Joining Oxford Partners, Ryan began his career in commercial real estate at both American Campus Communities and The Real Estate Center at Texas A&M. While at American Campus Communities, Ryan was responsible for performing market research and due diligence on the acquisition of student housing apartments.
