I focus on investment sales across the Pacific Northwest, with a primary emphasis on helping 1031 exchange buyers identify and secure the right replacement property. I draw on my background as a former commercial appraiser to help educate buyers, providing the analysis and context they need to make informed, confident decisions that align with their long-term goals.
