Tracy has a background in shopping center management and was a business owner that worked with tenants in premier shopping centers to increase sales, enabling them to meet their goals and objectives. Her achievements include an award winning Marketing Director at Riverchase Galleria where she won an ICSC MAXI Award in the category of Public Relations and an ICSC MAXI Merit for excellence in Sales and Promotions.
Tracy is a graduate of Sweet Briar College in Virginia and holds a BA in Political Economy. Since 2009, she is a Senior Member of the Alabama Center for Real Estate's (ACRE) Leadership Council. acre.cba.ua.edu She currently Chairs the Baldwin Commercial Exchange, a collaborative meeting of area brokers that work to make client's deals move faster and more efficiently. A 2024 Woman of Excellence, she was featured in SOCIAL Eastern Shore and SOCIAL Coastal Magazines.
