The Challenge Occupiers And Owners Face
Corporate occupiers and property owners in greater Los Angeles face complex, high-stakes real estate decisions in a market defined by rising costs, evolving workplace needs, and rapidly changing submarkets. Many organizations need a seasoned advocate who understands both sides of the table—tenant and landlord—as well as the operational realities of managing major office assets, so that every lease or sale supports long-term business goals rather than becoming a constraint.
My Approach
Monique approaches each assignment with the perspective of a strategist, operator, and negotiator, informed by decades in tenant representation and property management. She invests the time to understand each client’s business model, culture, and risk profile, then structures lease and sale solutions that balance flexibility, cost efficiency, and space performance while maintaining a disciplined, detail-oriented process from initial planning through closing and occupancy.
