Nathan joined the Martens Companies in February 2005 as an appraisal assistant and began working in the brokerage department in the fall. Nathan graduated from Wichita State University in the spring of 2005 with a bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate. Establishing himself as one of the top multi-family brokers in Kansas, Nathan has an extensive amount of investment real estate experience, including multi-family and the leasing and disposition of Wal-Mart shadowed retail centers throughout the Midwest. Nathan along with multifamily specialist Jeff Englert, have brokered the highest number of multifamily transactions in the company’s history and more units than any other brokerage firm in the Kansas multifamily market. Additionally, Nathan has brokered numerous high-profile retail transactions and has completed over $150,000,000 of investment transactions in the last four years.
