Larry Spinelli manages and oversees the future development of Binswanger's ever-expanding national salesforce, as well as the continued growth of their extensive national alliance partnerships. Previously, Mr. Spinelli served as Binswanger's President of North America operations. During his 18-year tenure, he was recognized as a top producer and assisted with the management, development, and training of sales professionals and staff. Throughout his illustrious career, he represented the full spectrum of industrial property types, including manufacturing, warehouse and logistics, food procession, research and development, "back office" operations, heavy crane facilities, and large industrial complexes. Mr. Spinelli earned a BS in Education, including postgraduate work from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. He is a licensed real estate professional in several states, and is also a member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC), CoreNet Global, Warehouse Education Research Council (WERC), and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). He also serves on the board for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Middle Tennessee.
