Kristina Konen is the Senior Capital Markets Operations Coordinator for Joseph Compagno's team at CBRE. She will be working closely with Joe to create dynamic sales campaigns for his retail team. Her 20 years of marketing and design background are an asset to this position.
Prior to CBRE, Kristina was the Director of Marketing at GPE Companies where she lead the marketing department and worked closely with the brokers, property managers and management to achieve eye catching campaigns and innovative design in a timely fashion as well as maintaining the company's brand identity through print, web and social networking campaigns.
Kristina started her CRE career at Logan Commercial Advisors where she immersed herself in commercial real estate. Her graphic design and marketing background are diverse, ranging from mechanical process piping at Kinetic Systems, Inc. in Tempe to greeting cards and catalog design at Avanti Press, Inc. in Detroit. Kristina earned a BA from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and has a Master of Science and Technology degree from the University of Advancing Technology in Tempe. Away from her marketing responsibilities, Kristina enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, is a fine art photographer, and an avid Crossfitter.
