Elmer G. Rivera-Bello is the managing principal broker at Urbano Real Estate Group. For more than 20 years Elmer’s value proposition has been maximizing property owner’s bottom line. His hands on approach in managing multi-family and/or value add opportunities make him an invaluable asset to any owner’s team. Prior to founding Urbano Real Estate Group he operated a successful residential investment firm and has owned or managed over 1000 rental units throughout his career. Elmer is a licensed broker in the States of CT & NY and focuses his efforts as an Investment Sales Broker. He has been involved in real estate transactions spanning the East coast from CT-to-FL and Puerto Rico. He has an A.A. in Business from Albertus Magnus College and B.S. in Finance. In his down time he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, fishing, golfing, and a good cigar. He supports local community non-profits that address at risk youth & homelessness.
