I have 2 clients looking for a replacement property for their 1031 exchange. Client 1 will have $1.2 million that they need to reinvest they can add a few hundred thousand more in cash do not need to assume any debt. Looking for a Net Leased investment Prefer in Arizona or Nevada will consider other markets in the SW. Client 2 has $500,000 to reinvest and is looking for a Mobile home park in Arizona and is looking for something up to around $2,000,000
