Feed mill fronting I-29 on the Singing Hills exit just one block north of Pilot Truck Stop and directly south of Tyson's cold storage with direct access to US Business 75. The feed mill was built in 1958 to supply feed to northwest Iowa, eastern South Dakota and northeast Nebraska and was fully operational until March of 2020. The 57,753 SF plant sits on 8.47 acres along Union Pacific's main line railroad. The facility includes 47,662 SF of warehouse and 9,261 SF of dedicated feed mill space. The bulk load-out system was built in 2009 and the 80' truck scale was built in 2014. The 2019 production of 41,000 tons included 33,251 bulk tons and 7,700 bagged tons (88.9% pellet, 10.7% meal).
