They cater to all populations, from seniors to young adults, with a wide range of group fitness classes and programs.

They feature high-intensity training sessions such as Spinning, Sprint, Bootcamp and Body Pump, and Body Combat for those who want to challenge themselves and improve their performance, and Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates for those who enjoy the relaxation, strength, and stretching sessions.

They do offer monthly memberships, class packages, and drop-in rates. The ClassPass app is also an option.
The business does accept the following insurances: Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, and Renew Active.

Location Description: The location is simply superior. The address is also on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Street N (9th Street N), on the 2100 block. Dr. MLK St N is a major North-South Corridor in St Pete. This street runs the whole length of the city from Pinellas Point to Tampa Bay.
