Tracy Toomey joined Braddock Commercial Real Estate Services of Alexandria, VA in 2013 with the mission of improving its Alexandria market presence and to capitalize on Braddock’s reputation in the city’s office market. Ms. Toomey continues to concentrate her efforts in representing landlords and tenants and prides herself on current market capabilities. During her 18 year career, Ms. Toomey has proven her expertise in finding undetected market opportunities in her work with Associations, fortune 500 Companies, financial services firms, media organizations, and law firms.
Prior to Braddock Commercial Real Estate Services, Ms. Toomey was a Leasing Director for several large public and private REIT’s nationally strategically for the leasing and management consisting of 2 million square feet, comprised of A class office, flex, industrial and retail space. Her duties included ensuring high leasing volume, above market occupancy and compliance with operating and capital budgets.
Ms. Toomey received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland and is a native Washingtonian.
